Do you want your oxygen to be ready and waiting for you when you arrive at your vacation destination?
CARE O2 can arrange that for you.
If you are entitled to reimbursement for medicinal oxygen abroad under E111 / E112, CARE O2 can assist you as follows:
In spite of the fact that requests for reimbursement are handled by your home supplier, insurer or emergency centre, sometimes clients can only get oxygen delivered to their vacation destination after visiting a local physician.
This can mean that you have to wait several days before receiving your oxygen.
You can use CARE O2 to bridge this gap.
Inform us of your vacation plans such as your travel dates, your vacation address and the data regarding your oxygen via ('Enquiries'). Then you must also click the E111 / E112 box.
CARE O2 will then inform you of the costs involved; these depend on your travel destination, the type of oxygen and the length of your vacation. You pay handling costs plus a deposit.
Once you have approved, you must transfer the amount due to CARE O2 before you leave for Spain.
After your doctor’s visit in Spain, fax your proof of approval for the oxygen delivery to CARE O2. As of the date of the doctor’s approval, CARE O2 will hand over the delivery and invoice handling to the local oxygen supplier. You keep the same equipment you have been using. CARE O2 will then refund the amount of the deposit minus the fee for the number of days that possibly were not reimbursed.
